Chris Gouras is of Greek heritage and began his work carrier of food service in his father's family restaurant at the age of six. Twenty Seven years of hands on experience working in this field, accented by a couple years of construction work and the last thirty six years of consulting sales etc. make Chris a unique all- in- one package.
